2018 Renault Megane RS : Hot Hatch Does Not Mean Immature
The whole point of owning a hot hatch is to have fun. That has been the reason why hot hatches are so popular with the younger generation now but that does not mean that it has to be immature as Renault is proving.
Renault has already started teasing the upcoming 2018 Renault Megane RS and while the design is still a mystery now, Renault did ensure the fans that the upcoming model will come with a mature design.
According to the automaker, their goal was not about looking aggressive. They wanted the vehicle to be powerful but also simple and easy to look at. The 2018 Renault Megane RS will be powered by a 2.0-liter engine that will be offering about 300bhp, a 29bhp jump from the previous model. The engine will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission although a six-speed EDC dual-clutch auto transmission will also be offered as an option
The Megane RS is expected to come in with a £24,000.
