With rivals like the Honda HR-V and Chevy Trax, you would think that Nissan would want to keep their sporty Juke around for a little longer but according to their latest announcement, the Nissan Juke is heading out the door and in its place will be the new Nissan Kicks.
We have already seen what the Kicks are all about when Nissan released in some markets last year and now Nissan has announced that it will be coming in next year to replace the Nissan Juke. Here is what the new Nissan Kicks will be offering when it arrives.
The Nissan Kicks will be powered by a 1.6 liter four cylinder engine that will be offering about 125hp and 115lb ft of torque when it arrives. The vehicle will come with a front-wheel drive system and will be mated to a CVT.
Based on that, it is clear that the Kicks will not have as much of a kick compared to the Jukes. Of course, the good news is that the Nissan Kicks will come with a smaller price tag. The base model will retail from under $19k and it will also be fuel efficient as it is estimated that the vehicle will offer about 33mpg.
