The Mazda 6 is one of the best selling vehicles out there but the Mazda 6 might start slipping down the chart as owners express their disappointment over the missing software.
While most of the automakers were rushing to get the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support ready for their customers, Mazda decided that their own infotainment system as good enough and that they did not need to update the tech.
Mazda owners were, of course, unhappy because no matter how good Mazda think their infotainment system is right now, it was not going to be as good as the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Owners reported that the GPS on the infotainment system is bad and frustrating to use. While Mazda has since announced that they are working on bringing those updates to their customers, no date was given and we will do not know how long the owners will have to wait before the update arrives.
