The thing about the Jeep Wrangler is that people associate the design with the model so much that if you change the design too much, the fans will get upset and claim that it is not the Wrangler anymore.
That puts Jeep in a tough situation. The Jeep Wrangler has been walking around with the same design for a long time now and a lot of people are looking forward to seeing it come with a refreshed design but far can Jeep push it before it comes too much.
Previous reports suggest that Jeep is looking to make the Jeep Wrangler more aerodynamic which means it will be getting a longer hood and steeper windsheild. These were spotted on the Wrangler test mules but it looks like that is all the upgrades we will be seeing.
The rest of the Wrangler looks almost identical to the current model. To be fair, the vehicle was heavily covered in camo stickers so we can’t really make out the little details.
Based on what we can see, Jeep will only be taking some tiny steps when it comes to giving the Jeep Wrangler a redesign. Do you think they are doing it right or do you think they should take the risk and give it a bigger upgrade?
