The Jeep Wrangler is a very popular model but it seems that right now the company cannot keep up with demand and this has meant that buyers have to wait to get one. This could be about to change though and the 2018 Jeep Wrangler should have what it takes to keep up.

This is due to the FCA upgrading the plant where the 2018 Jeep Wrangler is made. They are going to build the aluminum versions of the Wrangler and they will also be able to produce more units each year.

Jeep said that the Jeep Wrangler production is going to remain at the Toledo plant and they are going to be able to increase capacity. This should go from 240,000 each year to around 450,000 each year. 350,000 of these is going to be allocated to the Jeep Wrangler and the remainder will be for a brand new truck that should have the base of the Wrangler.

In total the FCA is making an investment of $700,000 and they said that they will be able to create 700 new jobs at the Toledo plant.
