2018 Jeep Wrangler Has To Watch Out For RAM 1500
Everything is going well for the FCA due to the fact that the sales are strong. It is these strong sales that have been making up for Fiat, Chrysler and Dodges poor commercial performance.
There are plans on investing around $1.05 billion for refurbishing the plant at Toledo, where the 2018 Jeep Wrangler is going to be made. The Jeep Cherokee is going to be produced over at Belvidere.
Some have said that perhaps the FCA has taken on too much of a gamble in hoping that gas prices remain low. We know that the Jeep Wrangler will be more economical when it comes to fuel efficiency, but then of course off the road vehicles aren’t known for offering up good fuel economy.
There has been even worse news as the FCA has put around $1.48 billion into refurbishing the Sterling Heights factory so that they can produce the upcoming generation of the RAM 1500. This will be a body on frame, moving away from the unibody design.
