2018 Jeep Renegade Aims For Less US Sales

By  |

Jeep may be about to upset many people in the US as this is a market that is well known for offering up full-size pickups. They are going to be offering a vehicle that comes in smaller than the Jeep Renegade and this is going to be an entry level crossover.

Jeep said that they have confidence that it will be a segment that is viable for them and revealed that despite the vehicle being small it will be able to go off the beaten track. We did hear that it would be related to the Fiat Panda 4×4 and this is a vehicle that has proven to be very popular in Europe with people living in mountainous regions.

The Indian division of Jeep is said to be launching a sub-Jeep Renegade model with the name of the 526 and this may eventually lead to a global model being launched. However at the moment we don’t know when the baby of the family is going to be arriving on the market.

Along with the 2018 Jeep Renegade, and before the arrival of the entry-level vehicle, we are expecting to see the 2nd generation Jeep Compass, the 4th generation Jeep Wrangler and the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with the Hellcat engine.
