2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk Hides Its 707 Horse Power Well

Fans have been waiting for the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk arrival and they have waited since the start of this year. We have also been treated to photos of the vehicle in testing and the vehicle is going to offer up the Hellcat engine.

The 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee isn’t going to have an aggressive look, it is now more restrained. The vehicle is a lot meaner looking than the SRT model that it was designed around.

The air intake on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk are bigger and these go a long way to helping keep the V8 HEMI 6.2 litre engine cool. It doesn’t look as though it is the high end vehicle that it actually is, it does go from standing still to 60mph in only three seconds. This is thanks to the 707 horsepower engine that it hides well and 650 torque.

The Jeep Grand Wagoneer is set to replace it as they go into the premium SUV market and so the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is going to have to do something very different if it is going to stand out.

It is refreshing that a 4X4 automaker will boost horsepower like this in an SUV. We want more ponies. Take a lesson here and increase the power of the Wrangler – it needs a V-8 as well.
