2018 Honda Accord Turning Up Late At CR-V And Civic Party

By  |

We now know that the 2018 Honda Accord is going to join the CR-V and Civic party but it isn’t going to arrive until next year, so it will be very late. The Accord, Civic and CR-V will all share the same platform and they should also come with the same 1.5 litre turbocharged engine.

When the Honda Accord does arrive on the market we might be saying goodbye to the 3.5 litre V6 engine that isn’t turbocharged. Honda have focused on the turbocharged 4 cylinder engine, however there are people who would like to see the V6 engine remain. The engine is difficult to beat as it does offer up road performance that is superb and it comes with comfort and plenty of active safety features.

While the turbocharged 4 cylinder engine is cool, it is also noisy when starting it up and it doesn’t have the same sound as the V6 engine.

Honda might want to offer up the Honda Accord with the V6 and the turbocharged engine, but which one would you choose?
