The Dodge Challenger has fallen a long way behind the Ford Mustang and the Chevrolet Camaro and it also looks as though the SRT Hellcat could be about to become outclassed by the Ford Mustang GT500 and the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.
This means that the FCA isn’t able to pull punches in regards to the Dodge Challenger but if they want to make a comeback with the 2018 Dodge Challenger then the company does have to do something that is drastic. Here we are talking about both the standard version along with the Hellcat version offering up 707 horses.
Dodge Challenger fans have recently heard some superb news about a vehicle that is coming our way with the name of the Dodge Challenger GT AWD and it is going to take on the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro.
The Dodge Challenger GT AWD is going to be an all-wheel drive, as the name suggests. It has been said to offer the V6 engine and not the V8 engine. If so this is something that the Chevrolet Camaro and the Ford Mustang are not going to offer.
When it comes to the Hellcat it is going to come with more power with the ADR nameplate. The 6.2 litre V8 will give the vehicle more power and it is thought that the Dodge Challenger Hellcat is also going to come with a body kit that is wide.
