The Dodge Challenger has fallen behind the Ford Mustang and the Chevrolet Camaro and it is looking as though the SRT Hellcat could suffer the same fate as it may get beaten by the Camaro ZL1 and Mustang GT500.
The FCA isn’t in any position to be pulling punches in regards to the Dodge Challenger, but if they want to hit out at the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro they are going to have to do something very dramatic with the 2018 Dodge Challenger. We are talking about both the standard version along with the Hellcat, offering up 707 horsepower.
Dodge Challenger fans now have some news that has excited them and this comes by way of the Dodge Challenger GT AWD, which is going to take on the Ford Mustang and the Chevrolet Camaro.
The Dodge Challenger GT AWD is going to be able to offer power to all four wheels and it was said that it might have the V6 engine, not the V8 engine and this is something which neither the Chevrolet Camaro nor the Ford Mustang offers up.
When it comes to the Dodge Challenger Hellcat it should offer up more power as it will offer the ADR nameplate. It will have the 6.2 litre V8 engine and the Dodge Challenger Hellcat should also come with a body kit that is wider.
