The Dodge Challenger might be a great muscle car but right now it is behind the Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger in the sales. We even think that the Ford Mustang GT500 and the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 will outclass the SRT Hellcat too.
The FCA isn’t going to be able to pull punches but if they do want the 2018 Dodge Challenger to do better, they are going to have to do something rather drastic. We are talking about the Hellcat version offering 707 horses and the standard version too.
Dodge Challenger fans did hear some good news though and this came by way of the Dodge Challenger GT AWD. The vehicle offers power to all four wheels and it should come with the V6 engine.
This means that it may be able to beat the Ford Mustang along with the Chevrolet Camaro as it is something that neither vehicle offers.
When it comes down to the Hellcat it should offer up more power thanks to it having the ADR nameplate. The 6.2 litre V8 engine will offer up more power and it is thought that the Dodge Challenger Hellcat could be offered with the wide body kit.
