2018 Dodge Challenger Demon Lets Cat Out Of Box

By  |

Dodge has given us confirmation about the Dodge Challenger Demon being under development and they said that when it arrives it will fit in at the top, above the Hellcat.

While we know this there is still a lot that we don’t know about the Dodge Challenger Demon and the vehicle is a bit mystery. Dodge hasn’t really said what the vehicle is going to offer when it arrives, however it looks as though fans have managed to crack some of the code and let the cat out of the box.

The Dodge Challenger Demon will have right-wheel drive the same as the Dodge Challenger and its thought that all-wheel drive isn’t going to be seen as Dodge have already said that the vehicle will have lost 200lbs compared to the Hellcat.

The engine on the Dodge Challenger Demon will be the V8. We say this as if anything larger was under the bonnet it would be impossible for the vehicle to be lighter than the Dodge Challenger Hellcat. It is thought that the V8 engine may be the same as that found on the Hellcat, but it will have been given a tune to offer more power.

Right now these are the only things that we can be certain of when it comes to the Dodge Challenger Demon.
