2018 BWM X5: Bigger, But Is It Better?

By  |

The 2018 BMW X5 pre-production prototype has been seen dressed in camouflage and the spy photo has revealed some huge kidney shaped grilles. So is it going to be a case of bigger is better or doesn’t size really matter in this instance?

We have seen spy shots of the 2018 BMW X5 before but this time around this is the pre-production prototype and this gives us an indication of what the actual design of the vehicle is going to look like.

It is thought that the 2018 BMW X5 is going to offer up grilles that are larger than what was first thought. Previously we had seen photos of the vehicle with what looked to be a design that was similar to the model that is current, with a horizontal intake car just underneath. But now those grilles have grown in size, while the bar has vanished.

You cannot see the headlights and taillights clearly so these are something of a mystery right now, however you get a good idea about the bumper and the exhaust tips, which look elegant. The 2018 BMW X5 is going to offer the Cluster Architecture, which was seen on the 2016 BMW 7 Series.

We are expecting to see the 2018 BMW X5 come to the market next year and this is of course going to arrive as the 2018 model.
