Those looking at getting the BMW X3 will be happy to know that a more affordable model is heading our way but of course, this is still a BMW after all so don’t expect a huge price cut.

According to CarsDirect, BMW is looking to release a front wheel drive version fo the BMW X3. The report added that the two-wheel drive model will be coming this summer and the vehicle will be sold for $41,000.

The BMW X3 will come running on the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that will be offering about 248hp and 258lb ft of torque. The engine will allow the vehicle to go from 0-60mph in six seconds with a top speed of 130mph.

BMW has also revealed the price of the two-wheel drive BMW X2 sDrive28i. Like the BMW X3, this will also come with a smaller price tag. The configurator for the BMW X2 has also gone live so fans can go online and try to come out with their dream vehicle now
