Although the new iPhone X has a lot of new features and tech to offer, there is still one thing that Apple has not gotten right yet.

While their Android rivals have been offering their users 4×4 MIMO support, Apple was also offering 2×2 MIMO support but that will change according to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

According to him, Apple is working on a new liquid crystal polymer antenna modules that will help the Apple iPhone archive faster LTE speeds. With the upgrade, the 2018 Apple iPhone should be able to support 4X4 MIMO standards just like their rivals.

Of course, we do not know if this is true or not so it is best to take it with a pinch of salt for now. It is also believed that Apple will continue to offer three iPhones next year with one of them coming with the LCD panel.
