The 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and the Giulia SUV both have a great deal in common. The vehicle is making its debut at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, where it will be joining the Giulia sedan.
At the moment we don’t know what trim levels are going to be offered but we are expecting to see a top of the range Quadrifoglio Verde option. Just as with the Guilia QV, the Stelvio QV is going to be a high performance vehicle that is being offered with looks that are sporty along with an engine that is high powered and it is packed with equipment that has been inspired on the track.
The line-up of the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio is going to come with a similar structure to the Giulia trim line but it is possible that Alfa may offer the vehicle in more than three trim levels.
The Stelvio QV is going to come with the same powertrains as the Giulia QV and this is going to be the 505 horsepower 2.9 litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine, which is going to arrive with the eight speed automatic transmission. The Giulia QV is going to be available in rear-wheel drive but AWD should come as standards on the Stelvio.
So it does seem that the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and the Giulia SUV is going to share a great deal.
