Alfa Romeo has decided to scrap the Guilia Sportwagen and in its place is the 2017 Volvo V90 to soothe the sorrows of anyone missing the Guilia in the US. You can choose from the Wagon at $49, 950 and the Cross Country at $55,300.
The 2017 Volvo V90 in the US offers the R-Design visual theme and it offers up 19 inch alloy wheels which are black diamond cut, 12.3 inch digital instrument cluster, power sunshade, panoramic sunroof, 8 speed auto transmission and the T5 engine offering 250 horses. There is also the all-wheel drive variation on offer in the T6 which comes with 316 horses and 295 torque.
The Volvo V90 Cross Country on the other hand is offered in the T6 all-wheel drive and it is packed with plenty of technology and it has 8.3 inches ground clearance. The cargo area is 561 litres and if you fold down the seating it expands to 1, 526 litres.
The US division of Volvo are also offering the full Scandinavian experience with the Volvo V90, which means you get a tour of the Sweden factory and then a drive of the vehicle around Europe and drop off at a chosen port for shipping over to the US.
