2017 Nissan Maxima Along With Murano Are Just Too Hot To Handle

Nissan is going to issue a recall of the Nissan Maxima, Murano and the Murano Hybrid due to possible issues that could cause a fire in the engine bay of the vehicle.

The report has said that the anti-lock brake actuator pump could suffer from a fluid leak onto the circuit board and this in turn might lead to a fire starting.

More than 134,000 vehicles of Nissan are going to be affected and they are said to include the 2016 to 2017 Nissan Maxima, 2015 to 2017 Nissan Murano and the Nissan Murano Hybrid made in the same years. This is the version that offer sup the Intelligent Cruise Control.

Anyone affected by the recall will of course get their vehicle fixed for free and drivers are being notified. Anyone with a model that is affected might want to check to see if the ABS light remains turned on for more than 10 seconds once the engine has been turned on.
