2017 Mazda 6: Looks Like There Is No Fairy Tale Ending
The engine might fit but that doesn’t mean that we are going to see an upgrade happen anytime soon, so the fairytale ending for the vehicle may not happen. With the Mazda CX-9 came a new engine that was going to fit into different vehicles, but it doesn’t look like its heading to the 2017 Mazda 6.
People had been speculating that the 2017 Mazda 6 would offer the new engine, but this isn’t going to happen as while it would fit, it would also mean that testing would have to be made and Mazda doesn’t have the time for it right now.
It is possible that we could see the new engine in the Mazda 6 at some point in the future, but right now it isnt going to happen with the 2017 version. The engine we are talking about is the 2.5 litre turbocharged engine that should offer up 227 horses along with 310 torque.
