2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Reliability In Question

By  |

The Lincoln MKZ might be known for its quality but we all know that that does not mean it will be reliable in a long run.

Since the 2017 Lincoln MKZ is a fairly new model, there is no real data or reports on whether it is going to be a reliable car or not but the car manage to beat Lexus and BMW when it comes to quality.

Most people believe that the MKZ Hybrid should be reliable based on the history of Lincoln but it is hard to say for sure at this point. At least you know that you are going to be covered for 4 to 6 years thanks to the car and powertrain warranty that Lincoln is offering.

The 2017 Lincoln MKZ will be powered by a 2.0-liter hybrid engine that will be mated to a CVT. The vehicle will return about 41mpg in the city and 38mpg on the highway and it will be fitted with safety features like engine immobilizer, dusk sensing headlights, adaptive headlights and more.

I’ve had a 2011 MKZ hybrid for 6+ years and 95K miles. It’s reliability has been as good as a Toyota Camry. No real problems.
