2017 Infiniti QX30: Offer More Than GLA Class With Cheaper Price
There is nothing to tell you that the Infiniti QX30 is associated with the Mercedes GLA compact crossover, other than they are both in competition with each other. If this is so then Nissan must have been in bed with the enemy.
The 2017 Infiniti QX30 has the same platform as the GLA and along with this it also uses the same 2 litre turbocharged four cylinder engine offering 208 horses and 258 torque.
However unlike the sibling to Mercedes, the QX30 starts with a price tag that is $29, 950 and the top of the range is $38, 500, for the Sport trim.
The GLA250 comes in at $32, 850 and there is only one other option available, the GLA250 4MATIC, which has a price tag of $34, 850. Other than the AMG GLA45 performance version, the GLA comes with fewer options for buyers than what the QX30 does.
There is the choice of top of the range or entry level and along with this the choice of Premium AWD or Luxury AWD, which comes with price tags of $35, 395 and $38, 695.
Each of the trims is separated not just by the amount of tech and accessories offered but by visual styling too. The top of the range Sport for instance is offered with touch-ups to the rear and front fascia along with it offering up a ride height that is lower and the mid-level trims are AWD and have a ride height that is higher.
