2017 Honda Ridgeline vs Ford Ranger: What Are The Odds?

By  |

Seems like the teasing for the 2017 Honda Ridgeline never stopped and never will, especially since it has been quite the “Detroit Showstopper”. People are now wondering if the vehicle is able to take on the Ford Ranger, which is a vehicle that is a lot more versatile.

The 2017 Honda Ridgeline doesn’t have a very interesting look and design but then this could have been intentional. This is a mid-sized truck that looks a lot like a truck that is full sized.

The 2017 Honda Ridgeline is offered in the FWD and all-wheel drive, on the downside it does look bland and reminds people of the Honda Pilot. So when it comes to looks it cannot match the Ford Ranger.

The 2017 Honda Ridgeline along with the Ford Ranger are both trucks that are great but maybe the Ridgeline could end up gaining the upper hand. It does have a lower price tag and it can carry a bigger load weight.

But we’d like to hear from you; which would you rather choose though?

I was a Ford customer for many years, various cars and three Eddie Bauer Explores up until 2000 I then purchased my first Acura sedan and still drive Acuras 2000 TL, 2004 TL M/T 6 speed drove it for eight years 190,000 miles, now drive 2010 Acura TSX 3.5 V6. You might say the quality and dependability, performance, mileage of their V6 is outstanding. Great vehicles why change! I would take the Ridgeline absolutely!
