Since the 2017 Honda Ridgeline made its appearance at the Detroit Auto Show the teasing about the vehicle hasn’t stopped. There are now people who have begun to ask if the vehicle has what it needs to be able to take on and beat the Ford Ranger. Bear in mind that the Ranger happens to be a vehicle that is more versatile.
The look of the 2017 Honda Ridgeline isn’t an interesting one but then the design of it could have been done intentionally. This may be to make the vehicle look more along the lines of a full sized truck rather than a mid-sized one.
The 2017 Honda Ridgeline is going to be offered in FWD along with all-wheel drive. The vehicle does have the looks of the Honda Pilot and some people have said that it has a bland look. This means that at least for looks the Ford Ranger beats it.
Both the Ford Ranger and the 2017 Honda Ridgeline are superb trucks. However the Ridgeline may be just ahead thanks to it having a load weight that is bigger and a price tag that is lower.
But would you choose the 2017 Honda Ridgeline or would it be the Ford Ranger?
