At first glance the 2017 Honda Ridgeline might sound like a vehicle that is highly priced. However, with the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety picking the vehicle out as being about the only one to offer up good headlights, it may well be worth paying out for.
The 2017 Honda Ridgeline came in as having Top Safety Pick+ along with the Good headlight rating and it was the only truck among such as the Ford F-150, the Toyota Tundra and the Chevrolet Silverado. All of these trucks scored a worst rating of poor. The Ram 1500 and Nissan Titan scored marginal and the GMC Sierra scored acceptable.
So it does look like while the 2017 Honda Ridgeline may have a price tag that is considered to be high, it does at least come out ahead in the IIHS safety tests for the best headlights.
Would this sway you to pay out for the 2017 Honda Ridgeline?
