And by that, we didn’t mean to say that it’s never been too beautiful, because it has always been rather bland even though it was quite a showstopper during last month’s Detroit Auto Show. But now Honda has made some new plans in beautifying the truck even more: black roof rails, cross bars, running boards, fender flares, a skid plate, a hard tonneau cover, special 18-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, and a towing kit.
All of these accessories were revealed at the Chicago Auto Show, and while some may seem expected, others had really raised an eyebrow or two. Apparently, Honda seems to be testing the waters to see if the skid plate, fender flares and all-terrain tires would work well on its latest Ridegeline (which for your information, wasn’t even the idea for past Honda vehicles). So, there’s that to look forward (or not look forward to).
The tires were originally manufactured as a 265/60, so the newer one would be a 265/65 tire. Then again, we aren’t too keen about seeing that happen. Are you?
