2017 Honda Odyssey Takes Design Inspiration From Honda CR-V

By  |

When it came to the design of the 2017 Honda Odyssey the car maker didn’t really have to put too much thought into it as it borrowed a great deal from the Honda CR-V along with the Honda Pilot. With this in mind it is thought that the Odyssey could arrive with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support.

If you purchase the Honda Pilot EX or above you get both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. With the 2017 Honda Odyssey having the same design it is also thought that it too will offer the technology. If so then owners will be able to use their smartphone to access their music, send hands free text messages and make calls.

The cabin of the Honda CR-V does offer a look that is more upscale and we think that the same could apply to the cabin of the 2017 Honda Odyssey. One thing that people didn’t like about the Honda Pilot was that it didn’t have the physical volume knob but this has changed and the same may apply to the Odyssey.

Once the 2017 Honda Odyssey has made its way out we should also see it arrive in hybrid format.
