2017 Honda CR-V: It’s Not About The Turbo

By  |

The 2017 Honda CR-V is in the fifth generation and it is coming with the Touring top trim level and offers the new 1.5 litre turbocharged engine I-4 direct injection. However it’s not all about the new turbo engine, there is the return of the volume knob on the infotainment system. Yes, sometimes it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference to a vehicle.

While many people may be slavering over the engine of the 2017 Honda CR-V that offers up 190 horses and 179 torque, many people are more interested in the fact that the old plastic knob on the infotainment system has been brought back. This is found on the redesigned flat screen on the lower left corner.

The 2017 Honda CR-V is the first vehicle from Honda to bring back the new knob and we cannot stop going on about it due to the fact that it is very useful. Perhaps if Honda had given the vehicle the same knobs on the audio system channel control it would have been the perfect vehicle perhaps.

Do what are you more pleased about with the 2017 Honda CR-V, the new turbocharged engine or the fact that Honda brought back the knob on the infotainment system?
