The 2017 Honda CR-V has been a big hit with fans as it is now better than ever as it comes with a brand new engine. This is the 1.5 litre turbocharged 4 cylinder which it has borrowed from the Honda Civic.
The engine has been refined of course for the 2017 Honda CR-V and now it offers up 190 horses. Another plus is that the fuel economy figures have been boosted and the vehicle now offers up 34mpg.
There is a lot to like about the 2017 Honda CR-V and it has gone on to become the best-seller in all regions. There is just one problem though and this is for European buyers as the turbocharged version has suffered a delay. Europeans are not going to get the turbo until 2018. This means another full year of waiting for its arrival.
We are not entirely sure of what caused the delay with the turbocharged version of the 2017 Honda CR-V, but there has been speculation that it could be insufficient supplies in Europe and Honda not wanting to rush production.
