The 2017 Honda Civic hatchback is one ugly looking vehicle with its aggressive side to the design language of the 10th generation and this means that what has been the best-selling compact vehicle has now been put into disrepute.
The five door model of the vehicle shares its base with the Honda Civic Type-R and so the Type-R isn’t going to be all that pleasing to the eye either.
If you don’t like the looks of the hatchback you might want to turn your attention to the Honda Civic Si, this has better looks as it was built around the Civic coupe.
The Honda Civic Si doesn’t have the aggressive looks, but it does offer up plenty of charm. It comes with blacked out grille and a tail lamp design that stretches over the rear fascia. The Type R is said to give out 340 horses, while the Si offers up 230 horsepower.
Another advantage to the Honda Civic Si is the fact that it has a price tag that is cheaper. It also offers the six speed stick shift gears. The Type-R will set you back an extra $8,000 and it has FWD.
