If you are trying to choose between the 2017 Honda Accord or the Mazda 6 you are going to have a struggle as there really isn’t a lot between them.
The Mazda 6 does offer a driving experience that is better than the Accord, but the Honda Accord offers up more storage room and it comes with better technology.
Both are midsized vehicles and the Mazda 6 comes with a total redesign and plenty of updates, including the MazdaConnect infotainment system. It offers up Bluetooth, a dashboard that has been redesigned and centre console and comes fitted with a rearview camera.
The Honda Accord was treated to a redesign in 2013 and a refresh for 2016 and the styling was updated along with it getting optional Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It offers heated seating, split-folding seating and parking sensors at the front and the back.
You can pick-up the 2017 Mazda 6 for $21, 945, while the Touring trim costs $24, 195 and adds-on many standard safety features along with leather upholostery. The top of the line is $30, 695 and this gives it leather seating, LED headlights, power adjustable seats and plenty of safety tech.
The Honda Accord LX comes in at $22, 355 and the SE trim brings with it leather seating and heated seats for $25, 415. The EX and EX-L brings in blind spot camera and infotainment system with a price tag of $25, 730 and $28, 820. The EX-L V6 comes with a price tag of $30, 895 and at the top of the range is the Touring with a price tag of $34, 830.
