2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra Might Be About To Take Over Viper

By  |

In 2017 the Viper will be ceasing production and when this happens it has been said that the 2017 Dodge Challenger Viper may be about to take over.

The 2017 Dodge Challenger Viper isn’t the most attractive of names but it would at least not let us forget about the Viper.

The Dodge Viper SRT offers up 645 horsepower and it offers the 8.4 litre V10 engine which takes the vehicle from standstill to 100mph in 12 seconds and it has a top speed of 206mph.

The Challenger that is on the market offers up an engine that is 3.6 litres and it is the V6. When the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra does come our way to take up where the Viper is leaving off we are expecting it to come with an engine that offers even more power.

At the moment there is no confirmation about the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra so we are going to have to wait and see what happens when production of the Viper ceases.
