2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra Could Take Vipers Spot

By  |

Production of the Dodge Viper is coming to an end in 2017 and it is thought that the vehicle that may take its spot is the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra.

The 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra doesn’t have a fancy name but the name will at least make people remember the Viper after it stops production.

The Dodge Viper SRT that is on the market at the moment has 645 horses via the V10 8.4 litre engine and this means that the vehicle can go from standing still to 100 in just 12 seconds. The top speed of the Viper is 206mph.

The Challenger comes with the V6 3.6 litre engine and if the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra does make its way out we think that it would be even more powerful.

Of course there is nothing to say that the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra would be able to take over the spot of the Viper but we will wait and see.
