2017 Chrysler 300 Cannot Be More Dull, Can It?

By  |

The 2017 Chrysler 300 is going to be offered in front-wheel drive and it should offer some of the underpinnings of the Pacifica minivan. But we don’t think that it can get anymore duller, or can it?

The chief executive did some back pedalling just recently as he said that there was going to be a big shift in product strategy. He also said that the Ontario factory could design a sedan but that it wasn’t a commitment.

The Chrysler 300 is being produced with the Dodge Charger and Challenger and it has the LX platform. The move to a front-wheel drive may offer the vehicle a ride that is more elegant, but we haven’t heard anything about the Dodge, so perhaps they will remain as rear-wheel drives.

While the front-wheel drive move for the Chrysler 300 may be good it may complicate things, so what do you think?
