The 2017 Chevrolet Volt is a much loved plug-in hybrid and this is a vehicle that happens to be very capable, but it doesn’t seem to get the marketing attention that the vehicle deserves.
The 2017 Chevrolet Volt is marketed online to some extent, but GM hasn’t really pushed the boat out when it comes to the vehicle. Even though it hasn’t been pushed, it is well received as it’s been very popular with those looking for a PHEV.
This is a wonder as GM have been more devoted to marketing the Malibu and the Chevrolet Silverado more than they have the 2017 Chevrolet Volt.
However things may be different in the future as GM does have plans to market the Chevrolet Volt alongside the Bolt and push out the numbers for their range. This is to bring about awareness and get the info out to the consumers and dealers.
GM did say that consumers seem to know more about the 2017 Chevrolet Volt than the dealers do. Perhaps this is down to the fact that people do seem to love the Volt, or it could be that the dealers are just plain ignorant and haven’t given the vehicle much thought. On the other hand it could be that dealers haven’t been trained sufficiently and this means they are selling a vehicle that they really don’t know much about.
