Although Chevrolet did release the Chevrolet Bolt last year, the vehicle was not offered throughout the United States and it was starting to feel like Chevrolet was going to take their own sweet time with the released but that changed as soon as the Nissan Leaf arrived.
It has just been announced that the Chevrolet Bolt is now available throughout the United States. The vehicle will come powered by a 60kWh lithium-ion battery that will offer about 200hp and 266lb ft of torque. The Bolt will be able to go from 0-60mph in 6.5 seconds or less and has an estimated range of 238miles.
The Bolt will also come with features like automatic climate control, 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, six speaker audio system and more. The Premium model will come with additional features like heated seats and surround vision system.
With the Bolt now released in all states, Chevrolet will have a few months before the Nissan Leaf arrives early next year.
