2017 Audi A3 Gains 0.6s From New 2.0L Turbo-Four
The 2017 Audi A3 has been given some updates and now the car maker has opened up about what we can expect. One of the things that it is going to offer is a boost of 0.6 seconds from the new 2 litre turbocharged four engine.
The 2 litre inline-4 engine replaces the 1.8 litre and the new engine offers up 186 horses along with 221 torque. The Audi A3 now goes from standing still to 60mph in 6.6 seconds, which is 0.6 seconds faster than the version before it.
The Audi A3 offers the 7 speed dual clutch transmission and this takes over from the 6 speed. Other changes include tweaks to grille and headlights along with brand new menus on the infotainment system, and a digital instrument cluster is also on offer.
You can get the Audi A3 front wheel drive from $32, 150 and this includes the $950 destination charge.
