2016 Jeep Wrangler Has Left Cherokee At Last
Before Jeep invested money to increase the production of the Jeep Wrangler, the vehicle has managed to get itself in a position that Jeep wanted for it before we see the 2018 model come our way.
The July sales numbers have been revealed for the Jeep Wrangler and we can see that they have taken over sales of the Jeep Cherokee along with the Jeep Grand Cherokee in the US. This applies to the July sales and YTD.
Before this the iconic vehicle has been straggling behind the two vehicles in sales and this was mostly due to the supply that had been restricted to just one plant in Toledo.
In July the Jeep Wrangler sold 18, 741 units and put it ahead of the Grand Cherokee along with the Cherokee as they sold 16, 704 and 15, 451 units. The YTD sales figures at the moment are 119, 042.
The Jeep Cherokee has managed to go from first to third and the Grand Cherokee has a small lead for the YTD figures at 116, 850 to 116, 424.
