2016 Jeep Cherokee Could Be The Best Mistake To Own
Many fingers have been pointing at the FCA and they were said to be cheats when it was revealed that they had been reporting inaccurate sales figures for over five years.
What they were doing was using a method of sales that wasn’t all that reliable. It was said that they had overestimated the sales figures for 2012, 2013 and 2014, but underestimated the figures for the years 2011, 2014 and 2015.
The sales for six brands were said to be 2, 243, 907 and the Jeep Cherokee was one of the main vehicles and it is said that it accounted for around 25% total sales. But more vehicles could have been sold and it has been revealed that sales of it could have been underestimated by around 7%, which means an additional 13, 734 vehicles have been sold.
The total sales were 2, 257, 641 and this figure came by using a new sales methodology that now includes the dealer sales, retail other sales and fleet sales.
