2016 Chevrolet Volt Proves EV Doesn’t Have To Mean Ugly

By  |

When car makers design electric vehicles it seems that they go out of their way to make them ugly. We have seen this with the Toyota Prius and the Chevrolet Spark, however it does look like one car maker, Chevrolet, did manage to get things right with the 2016 Chevrolet Volt.

The Chevrolet Volt is unlike other electric vehicles on the market as it offers up fuel economy that is superb and this has helped the Volt to gain a position as one of the best-sellers on the market.

A recent report suggested that Chevrolet have sold around 2406 units of the Chevrolet Volt in July and a the Nissan Leaf is taking its time offering upgrades things are going to get better for them. While there has been plenty of talk about Nissan offering up a Nissan Leaf with a larger battery, this hasn’t happened yet.

So until someone offers up something that can rival it, the Chevrolet Volt is going to continue is domination of the electric vehicle market.
